BUBBA Skinny Fixins

Ingredients:

2lb or 4lb Box of Reduced Fat BUBBA burgers®
2 bell peppers cut into larger rings
8 thick slices ripe fresh tomatoes
4oz. Low fat cottage cheese
1 head Romain Lettuce
1/4 oz. fresh cracked pepper course grind
8 larger stuffed green olives.

Directions:

Grill this burger for 5 to 7 minutes only, they cook very fast! Assemble on the plate with a bed of Romaine lettuce, a
scoop of cottage cheese then add bell ring and tomato slice. Top with course black pepper & stuffed green olive. Serve and enjoy!
