Mini BUBBA Burger Cottage Pie

Ingredients:

9 BUBBA mini-burgers®
2 oz. dry rub
1 each raw pie shell
1 lb. sliced potatoes
1 tsp. sliced white onions
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:

Grill seasoned burgers 8-10 minutes and slice round. Par boil and slice potatoes in quarter inch slices. Pre-bake pie shell. In pie shell, fan potato slices in a circle and alternate with burger slices. Top with onions. Spread soup base only (don’t add water) over pie and bake in 350 degree F oven. Serve and garnish with mixed greens.
