Mini BUBBA on Horse Back

Ingredients:

9 BUBBA mini-burgers®
2 oz. dry rub (your favorite)
1 lb. Applewood bacon
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. steak sauce

Directions:

Add seasoning to burgers and place in a 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Remove and cut in half moon shapes, placing cut ends down on same hot pan. Let the burgers cool to room temperature. Blanch bacon on grill until just under done, cool, then wrap around water chestnuts and mini burger halves. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 425 degree F oven until golden brown. Serve immediately with a good steak sauce dip.
