Mini BUBBA Burger Meatball - Hunter Style

Ingredients:

9 BUBBA mini-burgers®
2 oz. dry rub (your favorite)
Garlic
1 qt. tomato sauce
1 cup beef stock
1 cup bell peppers (all colors)
1 can Italian roasted pepper
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Shredded cheese (your favorite)

Directions:

Slightly thaw mini burgers. Cut in half and then season. Bake in 400 degree F oven until brown in color. Bring beef stock to a boil. Stir in tomato sauce and add garlic, peppers, mushrooms and meatballs. Place balls and peppers on pasta with light sauce. Top with cheese. Melt cheese under broiler and serve.
