Mini BUBBA Burger Pot Pie

Ingredients:

9 BUBBA mini-burgers®
2 oz. dry rub (your favorite)
6” pie shell with top
4 oz. potato wedges
2 oz. onion quarters
2 oz. carrot slices
1 can golden mushroom soup
6 sliced tomatoes

Directions:

Add seasoning to burgers and grill for 8-10 minutes. Lightly cook potatoes and carrots (save liquid). Pre-bake bottom pie crust. Add mushroom soup base to 1 can of liquid. Place burgers, onions, carrots and potatoes in pie shell. Top with pie top and score. Place tomatoes on top and bake in 400 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Serve as soon as possible.
